Information handled by the app

Little Nightling does not require an account and does not send your listening activity or personal information to a Hamilton Media server. The app does not include advertising or analytics features.

The app stores a small amount of information on your device—such as when a trial began—so it can remember your trial and access status between uses.

In-app purchases

Apple processes in-app purchases through the App Store. Little Nightling checks the purchase information provided by Apple to determine whether trial or lifetime access is available. Hamilton Media does not receive your Apple payment details through the app. Apple's handling of your account and payment information is governed by Apple's privacy policy.

Contacting support

If you email us, we receive the email address and any information you include so we can respond. We keep support messages only as long as needed to handle your request, unless we need to retain them for a legal reason.

Children's information

The app is intended for parents and caregivers and does not ask for or collect children's personal information.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email contact@hamiltonmedia.se.

If you are in the EU or EEA, you can also complain to your local data protection authority. In Sweden, this is the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY): imy.se/en/complaint.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy if the app's data practices change. The latest version will be published at this URL.
